Illustrating for the Catalyst - New Territory
Inspired by photos taken in New York, I focused on a cityscape to illustrate the communities that we live in. The rough lines and crosshatching on the buildings were a great experiment of texture, giving the subject more dimension.

In the second piece, I entered new territory in art by using my forgotten set of pencil crayons. Although giving the piece dimension was a little more difficult and out of my comfort zone, I loved how vibrant it turned out.
