The Catalyst - January 2021

The Catalyst is the student science journal at the University of Ottawa. In January of 2021, two of my illustrations were published for the student community.

Illustrating for the Catalyst - The Details
I aspire to one day bring my love for the arts and STEM together. In these two pieces, I wanted to bring more depth and detail into the illustrations. I experimented with shadows and lighting this month in both a monochromatic and a vibrant approach. 

The pieces were done with ink and graphite on regular paper and pencil crayons on regular paper, respectively.
